Can breastfeeding or pregnant women use the Magic Enzyme Serum?

We don't advise breastfeeding or pregnant women to use the serum as our FDA approval is currently being processed. Rest assured that our serum is made from 100% natural ingredients. Consult your doctor before proceeding.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. Change in schedule or charges due to holidays will be posted accordingly. You may expect your orders to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 5 to 10 business days for areas outside Metro Manila

The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged.If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

For Bank Deposit/Online Transfer:  All orders with Bank Deposit and Online Transfer must send a screenshot to our email with order number to acknowledge your payment and to process your order.

Delivery is limited to addresses within the Philippines. The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:

  • Name of recipient
  • House no. or lot/block/phase no., street name, subdivision, barangay, town, province and zip code
  • Unit no., floor building name, compound, street name, barangay, town, province and zip code

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is tampered. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase and return any purchased products for the following reasons:
    • Wrong/Damaged item – the product you received was not the one you ordered or the product you ordered was damaged when you received it.
  • Items bought that are on promo or sale will not be valid for return or exchange.
  • Items for return shall be accepted within 7 days of receiving. Shipping return must be shouldered by the customer
  • Terms for return must not be open or used (for hygiene reasons) and in good, saleable condition, with its original packaging complete with labels and tags.

Please take note that any return or exchange without prior notification through  email shall not be accepted.

 

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@thexproduct.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time vary as we do ship nationwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
